Job Description
- Work closely with the team to assist on all customer communications on Social Media, phone and email enquiries .
- Maintain and support the appointment system for IDS Clinic and IDS Aesthetics by securing and locking in appointments for customers.
- Assist in customer enquiries for e-commerce store
- Manage marketing EDM sending schedule for all brands
- Extraction and Compilation of data for marketing analysis
- Able to build good rapport and relationships with customers.
- Provide and maintain high standard of customer service at all times.
- Provide operational and administrative support to Marketing team when necessary.
- Product Training and marketing guidance will be provided.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Minimum education qualifications: Higher-Nitec/Diploma
- Marketing and Business Cert/Dip
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Good team player
- You have the ability to be flexible deal with ambiguity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Attention to detail and good organisation skills
- Able to start on short notice
** Experience Level:
- no experience required to 2 years working experience in the relevant scope
