- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Coordinate meetings and training
- Assist in part-timer payroll preparation
- Compile and update employee records and P-file
- Assist with day to day operation of HR functions and duties
- Able to commit for at least 4 months
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Singaporean/those who do require no work passes
- Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or business-related, entry level
