- Inventory Management
- Answering of calls, attending to walk-in visitors and managing incoming and outgoing couriers
- Ad-hoc tasks included
- Register and monitor courses for all staff in timely manner (From registration to complete claiming process, holiday and sick leave).
- Assist with work schedule, service reports and etc.
- Maintain proper filing systems online and offline.
- Place order and maintain inventory neatly in our storage area.
- Maintain and update staff records in our system.
