- Returned DO: Batch Scanning of Signed DO and Update Summary Delivery File
- EINV Invoices: Generate and ensure data is correct; Posting
- Contact point with Accounts
- Daily Backend Duties
- Coordinate Couriers for Pickups with Manifest
- Daily Order ProcessingGenerate Packing List
- Master Order File: Update Daily
- Generate DO & Message Cards for daily orders tagging
Job Requirement
- EuRewards Linking
- Courier Reports and Billing
- Edit Orders, cancel & refund : Based on customer’s requests
- Monthly Invoicing
- Paypal Tran ID: Upkeep Paypal report
- eStore Hamper stock count
- Any other enquiriesContact point with CRM
