Site Supervisor

- Responsible for the quality of installation works and the necessary management of subcontractors for this to be achieved. Complete quality stage check list (ABC).
- Produce site memo to record delays and daily site diary.
- Responsible for ensuring that defects of Sub Con (Installation and ID) and T&C are cleared.
- Responsible for the management and return of surplus materials.
-Provide feedback on technical problems and seek assistance as soon as possible from the Project Engineer in solving technical problems.
- Responsible for the Management of the store and materials on site.
- Responsible for shaft and motor room survey.
- Raise claim items to Project Engineers.
- Assist PE in raising potential variations.
- Responsible for taking regular Photographs for Project Engineers letter and Project Manager report.
- Responsible for on site safety issues.
- Coordinate work with other trades at site (main con, sub con, others).
- Report on progress to P.E. regarding sub con (installation and sub con).
- Responsible for site survey for material storage.
