- Create materials for customer trainings
- Conduct trainings (online or in person)
- Specify those gaps and discuss with the dev team on the best way to implement those gaps
- Assist with customer enquiries
- Liaise with the client to understand the gaps between our solutions and the client’s needs
- Have a good understanding of the platforms, perform high level testing and provide recommendations to improve them
Internship duration: 4 to 6 months
