Freelance Job Description

- Review existing intermediate terrace house to prepare and draw the floor plan
- Draw out the current layout with measurements and details
- Prepare new proposed layout based on owner’s requirement and your personal suggestion
- Site visit for measurement, review layouts and discussion with owners
Job Requirement
- Job experience in Interior design or Architecture
- Relevant experience dealing with Terrace house drawings
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization
- Good drawing skill in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Photoshop
- Possess skills in design concepts, perspectives and documentation
- Site experience is a plus
- Designer based in Singapore able to do site visit
