Retail Sales Assistant (fashion Accessories)

We are a professional brand chain operation company that was started 20 years ago that has now expanded into the retail space. We are looking for a new retail assistant to join our team.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations to customers
Cashiering duties
Addressing customer complaints & inquiries
Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers & vendors
Fulfilling online orders
Daily housekeeping. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Required Skills:

Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
Sales and persuasive skills
Motivated and responsible team player with a strong sense of customer service.
Responsible & high moral values
Able to work on weekends and on public holidays
