Patient Care Associate

Job Scopes:

Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight and general nursing duties.
Communicating with patients, relatives and carers assisting with clinical duties
Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety
Promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients checking and ordering supplies
Hospital wards, nursing homes, taking care of patients working experiences needed

Salary Range: SGD2000-SGD2500 

Working Hours:

42 hrs per week (5 days working per week)
3 Rotating Shifts: 7am-3.15pm, 1pm-9.30pm, 9pm-7.30am
Working days follow duty roaster, willing to work on weekends and PH

Relevant experience or certificate is required
Have the passion and heart for patient service and care
Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
