Part time Job Description

This is a sales role where you will be tasked with growing our advertising sales through outreach to relevant brands. You will have the opportunity to target companies across different industries and sectors, and to share with them the advertising options available on BYKidO. Your responsibilities extend across the sales cycle, from lead sourcing to receivable collections.

The role is primarily a hunter role where you will be looking for new clients and to encourage them to advertise with us. You will also be passed inbound leads to follow up and to advance the sales cycle.
You will have access to the full suite of advertising options, subjected to availability, as well as full geographical and vertical coverage. Training will be provided to ensure that you have necessary knowledge to ensure success in the role

Your success is measured by the quality of the sales targets, movement of your sales cycle, number of sales closed and collection on receivables.

This role is not a “count the hours” type of role. While we expect you to work hard, you will be given the autonomy and space to work in your style as long as they are in-line with the company’s objectives.

This is a flexible role where we can accommodate flexible work arrangements. The role allows you to work from home but will require you to meet externally and / or be on conference calls when required.
Job Requirement
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Lead sourcing for appropriate brands
• Follow up on inbound sales leads
• Cold calling / emailing to introduce BYKidO’s advertising services
• Connect with potential clients via online and offline opportunities
• Engage, negotiate and close the sales with the potential client
• Communicate internally on closed sales to ensure fulfillment of entitlements
• Assist with payment collection for closed sales
• Plan campaigns to drive inbound and outbound leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure external communication across multiple channels are coordinated, consistent and objectives aligned
