We are looking for a freelance /
part-time research coordinator to recruit research participants to the Continuous Observations of Behavioural Risk Factors in Asia (COBRA) study (https://blog.nus.edu.sg/sphs/cobra) conducted by the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health of the National University of Singapore.
Job description
- Identify and screen potential participants for their eligibility to take part in the COBRA study;
- Explain the study criteria and procedures, and obtain written informed consent of participants;
- Install and set up the study mobile app on iPhone and Android smartphone models, register new user accounts online apply the study devices on the participants (e.g. strapping an accelerometer to the thigh, applying a continuous glucose monitor sensor to the arm);
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure participants respond to the mobile app over 10 days and assist with technical issues that may arise from the mobile app and study devices;
- Schedule participants for their end-of-study appointments and return of the study devices;
- Check the completeness of data collected on the devices, download the data, and prepare the reports to be emailed to the participants; and
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain proper documentation and account for consumables used.
