Part time Job Description

Job Highlights
5.5 days Work Week
Salary : $2,000 to $2,300
Candidate must be able to start work immediately

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the team in the daily operational routine
Issue and Handle invoices, billing, data entry, documentation
Sorting & reply email & answer phone call
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Be punctual or early for work.
Be keen to learn any assignments
At least O level or above
Independent Fast-learner
Able to speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking vendors in handling invoices)
Initiative to adapt changes and self motivated
Basic computer knowledge is required
MUST be aware that it is a 5 1/2 days work week.
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage

Qualification
Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
