About the opportunity
One of Castellum Capital’s clients, ConfirmU, a Singapore-based company helping the unbanked population in emerging markets to have a credit score through psychometric data analysis.
They are building out their Business Development team and looking to hire an intern that could become a full-time employee upon a successful internship.
Leverage sales and marketing tools to identify financial institutions across South East Asia that can benefit from an alternative credit scoring model and expand their client base to the unbanked population.
Proactively source and identify potential clients
Identify & research stakeholders and decision-makers at the client database
Perform prospecting through emailing campaigns, calls and LinkedIn
Schedule meetings and participate in the negotiation process between qualified leads and Sales Executives
Effectively communicate ConfirmU's value proposition
Support the Region Sales Director on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Monthly allowance of *** USD depending on experience

Students or no experience required in Business, Finance, IT or Psychology are preferred but not required
Experience in sales is preferred but not required
Curiosity about tech, finance, and psychology in general, and consumer lending in particular
Advanced written English to work with international co-workers from all over the world who based out of the US, Israel, Singapore, India, and Vietnam
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirits and driven to succeed
Love to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
