Part time Job Description

  • Manage sales accounts to achieve Company’s overall sales objectives
  • Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet the sales target
  • Develop new accounts and expand sales in Singapore
  • Manage existing accounts and seek new business prospects
  • Strengthen relationships and build rapport with customers
  • Provide professional and excellent level of customer service to existing and new customers
  • Manage and ensure prompt payment by customers
  • Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and be the liaison between senior management and the logistics department head
  • Assist to manage the delivery driver team in ensuring drivers’ proper compliance with all company rules, regulations, and SOPs
  • Bring issues affecting drivers to the attention of management and relevant department
  • Inform management of any misuse of company vehicles
  • Assist in organizing driver's workload and delivery routes in the most efficient way possible, including the coordination of leave-taking to ensure minimal disruption to the team
  • Oversee new driver training
  • Participate in the hiring and recruitment process of new drivers
  • Provide accountability to management in case of any breakdown in operations or function
  • Participate in end of year performance appraisals
  • Perform deliveries of goods/ samples to customers
  • Perform repacking of goods if required
  • Any other tasks assigned

Company Vehicle provided and allowed to bring home but cannot misuse for own personal use.
Cashcard, Parking and Petrol are claimable.

Job Requirement
Preferred Requirements
  • At least 3 Year(s) of sales experience in the food industries company
  • Required language(s): English
  • Candidates with sales experience for food products to industry food producers would be a plus point
  • Valid class 3 driver's license
  • A good team player well adapted to fast pace environment
  • Possess strong sales Initiative
  • Possess good communication & marketing skills
