Job Description

As a Firmware Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the firmware development team in the design, development and production of our firmware supported products. You will be responsible for testing, documenting and creating firmware standards.

Job Scope: 
  • Planning, developing and implementing firmware
  • Maintaining stable firmware
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers
  • Performing code reviews
  • Writing and maintaining firmware documentation
  • Testing firmware releases
  • Working closely with customers to resolve issues
  • Providing technical support and training to the firmware development team
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Degree/Masters in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent
  • Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience developing and implementation of firmware
  • Experience working in embedded Linux
  • Experience in multi-threading/processor experience and hardware-software integration
  • Experience in Wireless systems like Bluetooth, 4G network or GPS technologies
  • Experience in embedded systems based on ARM series processors
  • Able to work with Open-Source tools
  • Experience with QT development is an added advantage
  • Able to start within short notice
