Part time Job Description

As Yoga Mala's front desk receptionist, your responsibilities would include:

- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- All front desk duties such as invoicing, answering phone calls, copying, and other front desk operations
- Maintain relationships and following up with our customers, most of whom are regular
- Recruiting new customers and providing excellent customer service to drive retention and sales
- Explaining our services and packages to customers
- Attending to customers? enquiries, through phone calls, emails or face-to-face interactions
- Handling sales, preparing invoices and handling payment
- Entering daily attendance and registering new students
- Maintaining studio cleanliness
- Coordinating studio operations
- Training will be provided.
Job Requirement
- You are able to work independently and as a team
- Confident and proactive
- Pleasant, friendly and well-presented
- Good communication skills
- Quick thinking, willing to learn and meticulous
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in customer service sector is a plus
