Job Description
• Daily and periodic cleaning of all the interior and exterior surfaces of the premises.
• Provision of daily and periodic glass cleaning service.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
• Clean food prep stations and equipment.
• Wash the cleaning cloths using the washing machine.
• Quarterly shampooing of all carpeted floors and any extra shampooing service.
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming.
