Customer Services (3 Month To 1 Year)

JOB DESCRIPTION 
· Oversee the Customer Service and Operations Teams support daily receiving & job order till completion 
· Handle daily routine operations and resolve operations issues 
· Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner 
· Ensure all customer's request and enquiries are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error 
· Updating of daily task status 
· Prepare port documents and generate quotation 
· Continuous improvement and enhance customer request 
· Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the team 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
· Minimum 1 year with working experience in similar capacity 
· Minimum educational level from GCE 'O' Level to Diploma
· Able to use MS-Office processes accurately (Excel, Words) 
· Knowledge of Cargo ERP an advantage 
· Able to write clearly and informatively (i.e. email, reports, memos) 
· Able to handle multiple support via Whatsapp 
· Able to support after work, weekend and public holiday 
· Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges 
· Pro-active and good working attitude 
· Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well 

Other
· Salary will base on working experience Range from *** />·  Location we have north, west and central area. 
· Working time: we have perm day time and shift work.
