We are currently looking for Admin Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately read customer order blanks
• Producing paperwork and amendments
• Customer contact both written and verbal
• Think on the spot for time sensitive solutions
• Maintain high level of quality through set standards
• Answering the telephone and handle client inquiries
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry is preferred
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
