Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily high volume data entry and enter information from portal database into system
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
• Compare data from both systems to ensure accuracy
• Ability to photocopy, print, fax and scan documents
• Manage and organize records and files
• Other duties as may be assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong verbal and written skills
• High level of accuracy in entering data
• Meticulous, organized, and detail oriented
• Basic computer skills and data entry required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be open to learning new skills and willing to work in a busy deadline
• Must be competent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook specifically)
