What you will be responsible for:
• Ensure invoices have appropriate documentation and approval before processing into the accounting system
• File, photocopy and scan documents, data entry into various business management software tools
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy
• Data entry into in-house accounting software for payroll and accounts receivable
• Demonstrate leadership in adapting to innovative work environments
• Handle vendor inquiries in a professional manner
• Perform various office duties as assigned
What We Are Looking for:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Two to five years related experience in customer service
• Ability to establish priorities, work and think independently
• Ability to work additional time where necessary to meet deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
