JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and hard working Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, you must have a good ability to learn quickly, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain high quality standards for all Customer Service interactions
• Reviewing data for errors, correcting and checking output
• Think on the spot for time sensitive solutions
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts
• Troubleshooting for any technical issues
• Professionally represent our company
• Performs other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Be punctual and possess a professional attitude
• Previous experience working in similar role is preferable
• High school qualification is highly regarded but not essential
• Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Proven communication skills with highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
