**HIRING Customer Service Admin**

Job Responsibilities:
工作职责:
• Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing and assist other Customer Service Advisors in times of need.
- 日常接待顾客和车辆交接与服务质询。
• Always ensure and uphold service image.
- 保持车行形象与服务素质。
• Ensure administrative work is carried out promptly (i.e., warranty claims, sales reports, daily sales collection).
- 协助处理文职手续(比如,保值期索赔,销售报告,每日业绩报表)。
• Perform invoice closing and preparation of quotation when required.
- 协助开单据,报价。
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- 提供优良客服质询。
• Handling of customer in store.
- 处理顾客事宜。
• Replying of customer enquiries on online (Facebook, Carousell, Instagram, etc) and in-store.
- 回复顾客线上和店内质询 (脸书,买卖手机程序平台, 等)
