• Manage and handle customer enquiries
• Daily Input of data into database accurately
• Closely liaise with internal/external parties for operation
• Handle complaints by client
• Arrange and coordinate for work scheduling
• Other Ad-hoc task
Job Requirement
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under stress and strict deadlines
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
• Shift Working hours (5 days including weekends): 7am - 4pm, 12pm - 9pm or 10am - 7pm
