Part time Job Description

POSITION: Admin - office executive for e-commerce company

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update e-commerce channels and listings on our website, and the various marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Etc.
  • Content and product management included image upload, image update/ edit, price update, product description etc.
  • Manage and create contents on social media & Newsletter (digital marketing) Attend to enquiries and customer service from all online platform/ social media
  • Manage and fulfil online orders
  • Work closely with Logistics on collection of goods, order processing and delivery
  • Regularly updating of inventory on the online platforms we operate in Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
Minimum requirements: 
  • Have a genuine passion and interest in ecommerce 
  • Have working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platform/systems such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, etc. is an advantage 
  • Prefer those with design knowledge/ relevant experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office is a plus 
  • Minimum Diploma holder in marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent 
  • Able to communicate, read/ write in English and Mandarin 
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Great learning opportunity
