Part time Job Description

Job Scope:
- Maintain company staffs records and administration issues
- Assist to Co-ordinate and disseminate information to outlets
- Managed vendor and suppliers
- Maintain daily transaction records and cash for outlet
- Issue invoice and collection of payment (credit card / cash)
- Furnish sales report and inventory update at end of day
- Assist Finance Manager to track financial and inventory status of all outlets

Job Requirement
Working hours:
10am-6pm Monday-Friday

Daily activities include:
- Outlet management and need to travel to different outlet location island-wide to perform
duties as describe in Job Scope.
- Report to HQ regularly as per schedule to furnish reports and attend meetings
- 3 months’ probation and basic employee’s benefits according
to MOM
