Analysis and Strategy
• Collaborate with leaders on the daily operations of the organization, conduct research and analysis to
develop written assessments and gather, process, and evaluate intelligence information for the strategic
industries of interest.
• Develop and synchronize strategic initiatives, including streamlining and improving workflow processes,
guidelines, processes, and procedures. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives and
present options and recommendations to leaders.
• Analyze business processes across the organization and recommend or assist with the implementation
of standard operating procedures and go-to-market standards.
• Work closely with leaders to develop a long-term growth plans, analyze potential expansion opportunities
in terms of services, find solutions to high priority issues.
