Part time Job Description

We are a Beauty Company seeking for Front Desk/Customer Service Consultant to join our expanding team.

Multiple positions you can apply together with your friends!!!

Responsibilities:
-Reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments
-Follow up on appointments made to ensure healthy turn-up rate
-Front desk including administrative, receptionist and cashiering duties
-Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement
-You should possess a GCE N level and above with minimum 0-2 years of relevant experiences in Sales/Telemarketing or Customer Service
-Entry level or candidates with no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
-Bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin (as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers to schedule appointments)
-Comfortable to reach out to potential customer over the phone, outgoing personality, self-driven and customer oriented
-Must be able to commit to retail hours
