Part time Job Description
1. Reception duties : Attend to calls, walk-in customers and attend to students and parents. Arrangement of trials and coordinate timing with affected parties. Registration of new students. Issuing of invoice, receipts and collection of payments via paynow.
2. Attendance & Scheduling : Attendance & temperature taking of students. Adjustment of lesson schedules whenever need arises and inform affected parties.
3. Admin & Event support (when need arises) : Registration and support for music exams. Periodically inventory update and ordering of music books.
1. Able to commit to (most) weekends
2. Keen interest to learn and able to work independantly as well as in a team
3. Effective communication skills
4. Marketing experience (good to have)
