Job Description
Drive Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management initiatives in the Group Monitor the ERM implementation status in Business Units Update key risk issues in the Group regularly Conduct Enterprise Risk Management training workshops Conduct risk assessment workshops with Business Units Guide Business Units in the preparation of business continuity threat analysis and mitigating plans Review risk registers and business continuity plans prepared by Business Units Prepare regular reports to Management and Board Committees Review risk analysis for investments and projects Evaluate effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance by business units from time to time Assist in the implementation of Keppel Compliance Programme when required
Job Requirement
Good Degree in Engineering/Accounting/ Business or equivalent professional qualifications Min 5 years relevant experience in the offshore and marine industry, particularly in engineering project management; project analysis, risk management, financial management, business development, , IT and cybersecurity, audit is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Good business acumen Ability to work as a team member as well as independently Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels Good planning, organizational and presentation and report writing skills
