Market Research Develop an intimate knowledge of your assigned market specialisation to understand clients HR needs and formulate creative and bespoke solutions for them.
Business Development Grow your recruitment portfolio by identifying and engaging new clients using various methods including business meetings to establish relationships with key hiring managers.
Candidate Sourcing Use various sourcing channels and attend networking events to strengthen your industry contacts and grow the talent pool that you can present to clients.
Talent Selection Write persuasive job advertisements to attract high-calibre candidates. Conduct phone screening and face-to-face interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
Sales & Business Negotiation Be a great broker of needs and interests for both your clients and candidates. Always strive to negotiate business terms that are mutually beneficial and acceptable to both parties.
