Part time Job Description

Job Duties:
• Attend to customers and perform vehicle check
-in
• Coordinate stocks with suppliers
• Answer telephone inquiries and take messages
• Handling of billing/delivery order/invoice/purchase order etc
• General admin duties or paperwork.
• Responsible for customer enquiries.
Requirements:
✅Singaporean / PR
✅Verbal and writing skills
✅Administrative skills
✅Microsoft office skills
✅Candidates with admin experience will be preferred
Working Hours: Monday
- Friday (9
-6pm)
