Part time Job Description

Generating customer invoices according to Project Managers’ requests
 Support bookkeeping procedures
 Making payments to suppliers
 Liaising with the Project Managers on the sales order, coordinating of delivery
and doing follow-up calls with customers
 Assisting with office administration (such as mails, delivery, renovation, etc.)
Picking up calls and receiving visitors
 Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
 Managing recurring contracts
 Keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
