Recruitment Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining a pool of qualified candidates to fill positions
Connecting and reaching out to potential candidates via a variety of job platforms
Building rapport and establishing good relationships with potential candidates
Keeping stakeholders up-to-date with the progress of the candidates
Scheduling and arranging of interviews
Assisting with conducting interviews


Benefits:

$1000 - $2000 (Including incentives and performance bonus)
Permanent part-time position (Good for students who are currently studying and looking to earn some income and also for stay-home moms)

Requirements:

Flexible schedule, able to commit 2-4 days a week
No prior experience is needed, as training is provided
