Roles and responsibilities:
Screening resumes to determine if candidates meet the minimum requirements
Conduct background and referral checks on candidates who applied for the job
Scheduling interviews through tele-conversations or emails
Performing interviews with candidates
Follow up on interview process status for shortlisted candidates
Attend short meetings with director to update progress of candidates shortlisted
Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
Provide summary reports on a monthly basis
