Service Crew

- Full Time/ Part Time - Operations - Provide service or/& assistance to guests to ensure that their visit to Singapore Flyer is pleasant & memorable.
- Full Time/ Part Time - F&B - Operate the Food & Beverage outlets at Singapore Flyer
Operations
- Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one

- Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights

- Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite, Checking tickets at turnstiles at Level 2

- Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc,

 

- Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points, Crowd control: ensure proper Q-system and Rotating shift work is required.
F&B
- To provide excellent F&B service to guests

- To take orders, serve guests and clear tables

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries

- You must ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times and Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary.
