Part time Job Description
- Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one
- Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights
- Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite
- Checking tickets at turnstiles at Level 2, Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc
- Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points
- Crowd control: ensure proper Q-system and Rotating shift work is required.
** F&B
- To provide excellent F&B service to guests, To take orders, serve guests and clear tables
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times and Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary.
