Part time Job Description

- Work closely with Financial Advisers to understand the clients? profile and identify the approach to contact these clients via phone calls
- Arrange appointments with prospects and existing clients for Financial Advisers
- Follow up with interested clients in mass affluent market or above
- Respond to clients's enquiries with confidence
- Update call register
Job Requirement
- Minimum NITEC in any discipline
- You must have at least 2 years of telemarketing/call centre/customer service experience
- Comfortable and enjoy interaction with clients on the phone
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are able to work independently
- Self-driven and a good team player
- Customer-service oriented
** Candidates who apply for part-time job are expected to commit at least 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
