Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will also be required to assist in the day to day running of the office, You must have a good ability to learn quickly, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Responsibilities & duties will include:
• Collaborate frequently with affected departments (Sales, Marketing)
• Ensure accuracy of the budget and manage timelines
• Honor Billing Revenue tracking and posting
• Various Month End standard postings
• Maintenance of records and filing
• Other duties as may be assigned
The successful applicant will possess:
• Good people skills
• Good attitude & work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Basic computer skills (word, Excel, Outlook Ext)
• The ability to follow direction as well as work autonomously
