JOB SUMMARY:

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer the phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member
• Accurate Data Entry Skills (receipts, expenses, accounts payable)
• Input renewal data and manage the renewal workflow process
• Assist the payroll Administrator with payroll admin tasks
• Interact with team members to verify & to clarify data
• Other administrative duties as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Good English communication skills (auditory, verbal, written, and reading) as required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) at an intermediate level
• A strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied tasks as required
• Good organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• A commitment to excellence and a client-focused attitude
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Ability to work independently
