Part time Job Description

- Assist in the re-engineering of existing HR processes and digitisation of existing HR data
- Participate in the implementation of a new HR Management System (HRMS) and other digitisation tools
- Assist in the execution of Organisation Development and Employee Engagement projects
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
- Any other duties as required
Job Requirement
- You must be possess or currently undertaking a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT or any related qualifications
- Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good EQ and interpersonal skills
- Organised, meticulous and works well under tight deadlines
