Support Technician

Following our expansion, UCAST is sourcing for individuals who are
- Highly driven and self-motivated to push the boundaries of their own abilities
- Able to perform installation and testing of Mobile Data Terminals & other telecommunication devices
- Able to perform software updating like reinstall software or reformat hard drive
- Able to do hardware troubleshooting and repair or replace electronic and electrical components in circuit boards (soldering skill required)
- Able to provide phone and email technical support to our clients
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Strongly passionate about serving people
- Open to new ideas and concepts

- O-level/ SPM or NITEC in Mechatronics Engineering
- You are able to speak and write in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
- no experience required are welcome
- Team player
- You have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and clock extra hours when required
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
- Willing to travel
