Sunway RE Capital is the corporate real estate fund management arm for the Sunway Property business.. It was recently set up to drive Sunway's property business to grow its recurring income fee as well as to serve as a platform for its overseas property expansion. This will be synergistic to its current development business.
1. Provides administrative
support for key managers such as scheduling and coordinating selected key appointments.
2. Reference point for overall internal administrative process, policies and procedures e.g. ordering of office supplies, IT assets safekeeping, meeting room bookings and general enquiries.
3. Manage the Division staff’s business travel arrangement.
4. Manage and process Purchase requisition and Purchase Order.
5. Organize, manage and maintain filing and retrieval system for all documents.
6. Support and administer employee on-boarding such as arrangement of workplace and tools (laptop, office supplies, phone line, business cards, etc).
7. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
