Part time Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, detail-focused Office and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a good ability to learn quickly, able to multi-task and work under pressure, we offer a flexible work schedule, competitive compensation including a positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transfer of our customer’s bill of lading information into the computer system, ensuring accuracy of all information and dates
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms
• Willing to support the operation wherever needed
• Organize and update Filing system (without a fail)
• Capable of managing deadline driven tasks
• Handles customer complaints
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail
• Fast typing speed (words per minute)
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Must be proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook applications
