We are looking for hard working Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a temporary
position only. The ideal candidate must have proficient computer skills. A person looking for part-time work for 2-3 months is ideal. The work will consist of 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Oversee all ordering and order processing functions to ensure they run smoothly
• Negotiate company agreements and policies with new clients via phone/email
• Collections: constantly update the invoices and be on top of collections
• Record orders and enter them into computer system
• Content writing for social media network is a Plus
• Completing and assigning projects, as needed
Skills and Attributes:
• Fluency in basic MS Office
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual in English and French, verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in administrative or office administrative work
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively under deadlines
• Strong project management capabilities in addition to excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative thinker with the desire to help organize and run the framework of a capable and dynamic office environment
