Job Summary:
We are currently looking for Office and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The candidate should be a highly organized, flexible, detail oriented and enthusiastic individual, we will provide you full support, training.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to multi-task and work independently
• Negotiate company agreements and policies with new clients via phone/email
• Collections: constantly update the invoices and be on top of collections
• Requires experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Content writing for social media network is a Plus
• Completing and assigning projects, as needed
• Preferred but not Required Experince
Requirement and Skills:
• Fluency in basic MS Office
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual in English and French, verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in administrative or office administrative work
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively under deadlines
• Strong project management capabilities in addition to excellent time management and organizational skills
