Part time Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager – Client Relations. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Assistant Manager – Client Relations duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. The said Assistant Manager – Client Relations is a role that is remote working.
- Meeting KPIs
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
* Career Progression & Remuneration:
- 3 month probation period: Salary of SGD500 per month, Commission: 5% of sales
- On confirmation: Salary of SGD2,000 per month (subject to CPF deductions), Commission: 10% of sales
- Promotion: Manager, based on performance
Job Requirement
- Experience in meeting or exceeding targets
- You have the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- You have the ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
