Job Description
We are opening for a Senior Human Resources Manager who is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies of overall business plan and strategic direction of our company.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Work closely with Founders and Leadership Team to define and implement HR/People strategy across a number of countries
- Operate both on a strategic level and be hands-on as required; determine strategic people priorities, review HR infrastructure, translate the company-wide vision and mission into people initiatives, driving a consistent culture across the organization
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR compliance and strategy needs
- Develop talent management and development proposition, including reviewing succession planning and leadership development
- Put in place a fit for purpose total rewards strategy and processes which align with strategic objectives of the organization
- Define and implement a best in class HR functions and operations, managing people processes from on-boarding to exit as the company continues to grow and expand internationally
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws; apply these knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
