Operations Manager

Overlook all time chartered and voyage chartered vessels Allocate vessels within the different teams in Singapore and within the region Establish KPIs and performance measurement tools for operators Provide support and propose improvement measures as required Voyage optimization on all allocated vessels Spearhead hiring and training of new operators on the team and provide support to team leaders as required Work closely with team leaders and other operation leaders to ensure that processes occur smoothly

A minimum of 10 years background in dry bulk vessel operations Strong understanding and experience in IMOS Strong negotiation skills and able to work towards process improvements Experience in leading, mentoring and guiding a team Able to work closely with colleagues of varying seniorities and backgrounds
