Branch Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Create a warm welcome for all walk-in and call-in clients
• Record all calls received on daily basis
• Follow-up call to potential participants
• Provide outstanding sales service to participants
• Maintain and develop positive customer relationship
• Liaise with trainers for classes arrangement
• Accept payments and handle registrations
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the classrooms
• Assist in various job functions at branch
• Achieve monthly sales target and performance expectations

Salary: 1500 - 2400
Location: Singapore - North

Requirements:
• At least 2 years working experience in office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
•You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents only
• Effectively bilingual in English andChinese is compulsoryto liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Working hours:
Morning shift (Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:30pm, Fri 8:30am-2:00pm, Sat 9:00am-6:00pm),
Night shift (Mon 5:20pm-10:00pm, Tue-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm, Sun 9:00am-6:00pm)
(5.5 days per week)
